III. Detailed information on the individual payment options

1. Bank transfer

Conveniently transfer the invoice amount to our bank account, stating the purpose of the payment. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by email during the order process.

2. PayPal

If you already have a PayPal account, you can pay conveniently by entering your user data. Alternatively, you can also create an account during the purchase process and use this for your orders in many other online shops.

3. Klarna

In partnership with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

  • Invoice: Payment is due within 14 days of shipment of the goods or ticket, or, for other services, of the provision of the service. The terms of payment can be found here.
  • Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
  • Direct debit: The debit will be made after the goods have been dispatched. You will be informed of the date by email.

Use of the payment methods "Invoice," "Installment Purchase," and "Direct Debit" requires a positive credit check. Accordingly, we forward your data to Klarna during the purchase initiation and processing of the sales contract for the purpose of address and credit verification. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. For more information and Klarna’s Terms of Use, please visit here. Your personal data will be processed by Klarna in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and as specified in Klarna’s Privacy Policy .

4. Stripe

Would you prefer to pay with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card? Simply select credit card in the payment method and enter the card information. The payment processing is handled by Stripe.

How to use the Santander instalment loan

Select the Santander instalment loan as your payment method and proceed with your order. You will then be guided through the financing application step by step. Finally, you identify yourself online via Web-ID and sign the contract with an electronic signature – all online and without paper.

You can also send the completed and signed application to Santander Consumer Bank AG by post after identifying yourself online via Web-ID or by Post-Ident at your local post office.

Once your finance application has been checked and approved, your goods will be made ready for dispatch.

Insurance

You can conclude payment protection insurance with your Santander instalment loan, which will cover your instalments if you become unemployed through no fault of your own, for example.

Interest

With the instalment loan from Santander Consumer Bank, you can finance your purchase at zero cost. sonoro pays the interest for you.

Credits

Credits cannot be offset against a Santander Instalment Credit order.

6. Apple Pay

If you have an Apple Pay account, you can easily pay here using the payment method stored in your account. Please note that this payment method is only available on select devices!

7. Google Pay

If you have a Google Pay account, you can easily pay here using the payment method linked to that account. Please note that this payment method is only available on select devices!

8. Amazon Pay

Pay using your existing Amazon account by clicking the Amazon Pay button during the checkout process. You will then be redirected to the Amazon payment system, where you can complete your order.

9. iDEAL

When placing your order, you can pay via iDEAL through your own bank. It’s safe and easy. At the end of the checkout process, you’ll be automatically redirected to your bank’s online banking system. This way, you’ll retain the same overview and control over your payments as before.

You don't need to register separately for iDEAL. iDEAL is supported by all major Dutch banks.
